All cancellations and/or changes to bookings must be made by e-mail and/or fax.
Cancellation up to 30 days before date of arrival, refund of deposit paid;
Cancellation up to 14 days before the date of arrival, refund of 50% of the deposit paid;
Post-booking changes may not ensure the same type of room booked.
In case of early departure: the customer will recognize the payment of max. 3 nights as a penalty (as per provincial regulations, relating to the tourism sector)
